Potato Review - Market Pantry Mustard Potato Salad

For my first real post I'd like to do a mini-review of Market Pantry Mustard Potato Salad. Just so you know, Market Pantry is the generic brand for Target's grocery items.

Read the review after the jump:

If you live in the United States, and you shop at Target, you may have noticed that they've been adding new grocery sections over the past few years. Anyways, the new grocery section just opened at the Target by my house so I decided to go buy some stuff.

I bought this potato salad. It was pretty good. I ate it with some pizza. Its primary ingredients are red potatoes and mustard. It had good flavor - the mustard gave it a slight tartness. The mustard was a welcome difference in the the primarily mayonnaise-dominated potato salad industry. Also it had other tasty things in it like cucumbers and celery.

I think its kind of healthy. I'm not really sure. Here's a site that claims to have nutrition information on it.

Anyways, I highly recommend this potato salad. It's pretty cheap but I don't remember how much it was.

Potato Rating:
PROS:
  • TASTY
  • DID NOT GIVE ME INTESTINAL DISTRESS
CONS:
  • IF YOU DON'T LIKE POTATOES YOU WON'T LIKE THIS
CONCLUSION: I can easily give this potato salad my highest score and honor:

5/5 Potatoes

  2. Too bad I can't try it on my own, not in the US.
    Sigh...

At any rate, for some reason, potates here are fucking expensive right now. Must by the damn crisis or something.
